Abstract | Policy goals can be significant reference points for researchers and funders addressing research topics that are relevant for society. Based on a literature and document review we present major current policy goals that are pertaining to the management of agricultural soils, from the global to the national level with a focus on Germany. We highlight the general relevance of these policy goals for interdisciplinary soil research. |
